Your right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receives the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days run out: an email to support@corduroycrow.com with your name and order number is enough. You can also use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Sending the item back
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. We will reply with the return address.
- You pay the direct cost of sending it back, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
- Please return it unworn and unwashed. You may try it on as you would in a shop; we may deduct the loss in value if it has been handled beyond that.
Your refund
We refund the full amount you paid, including the original delivery charge (delivery is free, so there is nothing extra), within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the item back, or proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. The refund goes to the card you paid with, at no cost to you.
Faulty or misprinted items
Separately from your right of withdrawal, you always have the statutory two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described. Write to us with a photo and we will put it right.
