Shipping & delivery
How long it takes
Every piece is printed to order by our partner workshops in the EU. Printing and quality control take 2–5 working days. Delivery then usually takes 2–6 working days, depending on where you live.

Busy periods such as late November and December can add a few days. We will always tell you if something is late.
What it costs
Delivery is free to all 27 EU member states, whatever the size of your order. All prices on this website already include VAT, and because your order ships from inside the EU, there are no customs duties or import fees to pay on arrival.
Where we deliver
For now we deliver to addresses in the European Union only. If you live in the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway, please write to us at support@corduroycrow.com; we are working on it.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves the workshop you receive an email with the carrier and a tracking link. If an order is split into two parcels, you get one link for each.
If something arrives damaged or misprinted
Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint and resend it free of charge, or refund you, whichever you prefer.
