1. Who we are
This website, corduroycrow.com, is operated by [Company Name], Reg. No. [Company Number], [Registered Address] (“we”, “us”). Corduroy Crow is a trading name of [Company Name]. You can reach us at support@corduroycrow.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on this website by consumers with a delivery address in the European Union. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
3. Our products
Every piece is printed to order. We show the products as accurately as we can, but colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed garment, and small variations in print are part of the process. Measurements are given in the size guide.
4. How a contract is made
The products on this website are an invitation to order. When you place an order you make us an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email straight away; the contract is concluded when we send you that order confirmation. We keep a copy of the contract terms, and you receive them by email with your confirmation.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate applicable in your country. Delivery within the EU is free. Payment is taken by card at the time of order, through our payment provider’s encrypted checkout.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the European Union. Printing takes 2–5 working days and delivery usually 2–6 working days more; see shipping & delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you name.
7. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. How to do it, what it costs and how you are refunded is set out on our returns & withdrawal page, which forms part of these terms and includes the model withdrawal form.
8. Legal guarantee
The statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies to all goods: you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described, for two years from delivery. Please tell us as soon as you notice a problem.
9. Complaints
If something is not right, write to support@corduroycrow.com. We aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.
